Orders
1. Check measurements before purchase and make sure you have enough space for assembly
2. Ensure we are operating in your area
3. Wardrobes/beds are flat packed for self assembly (min 2 people) only we strongly recommend professionals
4. There’s administration fee of £39.99 if you cancel on the day of delivery
5. Inform us about any obstructions we carry heavy items and to make sure we can provide best service please let us know about any
6. Our goods are covered with 12 month manufacturer warranty
Communication

2. Our dedicated customer service team is available for you to assist Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 1pm
3. For messages allow us 4 to 12hrs to replay
Delivery
1. We carry out deliveries ourselves using own fleet of vans and trained drivers
2. Be advised due to heavy bulky items we will carry out delivery accordingly to our operations delivery date given is estimated only
3. You will receive delivery notification message from our dispatch team 24 to 48 hrs before arrival we will provide delivery day – time slot and tracking link
4. We deliver to ground floor only wardrobes/bunk beds
5. It is customers responsibility to clear hallway to give best access to the property
6. It is customers responsibility to inform us about any damage with in 24hrs from delivery day
7. Delivery address and contact details must be up to date mobile numbers are preferable
8. To all customers please note goods are delivered from our warehouse to your location directly with in same day we do not use couriers or any other carriers and your item its not traveling from one depo to another we have enforced this operation to take good care of goods
9. Our qualified dispatch team planning delivery route and will help and assist you with your needs please inform us if any
Returns
1. Buyer can change its mind and return goods within 14 days charges will apply
2. Buyer must return item in original packing
3. Collections from ground floor only
4. Goods will be inspected and any sign of use will result of deduction or even refusal of refund
5. Goods that have been partially assembled are not eligible for return
6. Any panels that have defect or has been damaged during transport will be replaced
7. Any claims on items damaged by amateurs during assembly wont be accepted, please note to build wardrobe you need minimum manual skills if you do not feel confident please do not attempt hire professional
